HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Simply sign up for a trial lesson through our website. Come and experience the unique combination of strength training and boxing in our IMPACT HIIT Class.

CAN I SHOWER AFTER TRAINING?

Yes, we have shower facilities at our studio, so you can head right to work or go about your day, feeling fresh and energized after the workout.

DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN EQUIPMENT?

If you already have boxing gloves, you’re welcome to use them. If not, that’s no problem, we will give them to you free of charge for the duration of your training.

Is the training difficult for children to learn?

We use simple, playful methods to teach the basics of martial arts, ensuring that every child can follow and participate.

Are the lessons challenging for children?

Our courses are designed to challenge children while also being fun. We promote fitness and strength through age-appropriate exercises that are demanding yet always safe and suitable for their age. This way, children can benefit the most and grow.

Is my child suitable for these classes?

At Little Tigers, we welcome all children. Our aim is to create an inclusive and supportive environment where every child can succeed, regardless of their prior knowledge or fitness level. Every child fits perfectly into our classes!

In which language is the training conducted?

Our classes are conducted in German and English, thus also promoting the children's language skills.

How can I enroll my child?

You can easily enroll your child for a trial lesson by using the corresponding button on our website. The trial lesson is free and offers an excellent opportunity to get to know our training and the atmosphere.

What are the class times?

Classes are scheduled every Tuesday and Wednesday from 16:00 to 16:45.

What is ICCS?

ICCS Krav Maga / MMA Jerusalem is our umbrella organization and has schools worldwide. The ICCS headquarters is located in Jerusalem, Israel. ICCS Krav Maga / MMA Jerusalem was founded and developed by Sharir R. Richman. Sharir is the head of the organization. We are in close contact with him and his trainers every week. ICCS is based on MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) and uses many elements of today's most modern martial arts.

One free class was enough for me to know I wanted to come back/get a subscription. The self-defense Sam teaches is great (both the knowledge and his teaching style) and so far, every time I walk away with a more intense/sweaty workout than my visits to the regular gym. Looking forward to learning more techniques and growing my self-confidence even more. I’ll also add that my German skills are not great and Sam is good at teaching in English! That the location is so close to HB is a bonus too.
