In the IMPACT HIIT Class, you dive into a unique training concept: two groups, two experiences. One group powers through on the floor, while the other unleashes punches on the punching bags. Alternate between strength training and boxing for a holistic and varied workout.

The Wrestling lessons focus on teaching you modern martial arts. You will also be able to compete with others in sparring. However , there are rules, for example you can't hit your head hard. We attach great importance to not hurting each other. No worries.

If you already have boxing gloves, you’re welcome to use them. If not, that’s no problem, we will give them to you free of charge for the duration of your training.
