Wrestling is a fundamental aspect of Mixed Martial Arts and an excellent way to develop strength, technique, and endurance. Our Wrestling program at IMPACT teaches the essential skills needed to control and dominate opponents on the ground.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

  • Takedowns and throws to bring your opponent to the ground.
  • Pins and holds to maintain control.
  • Escapes and reversals to get out of difficult situations.
  • Conditioning exercises to enhance strength and endurance.

Discover the IMPACT HIIT Class - a powerful combination of intense strength training and energetic boxing. We blend functional training with equipment such as kettlebells and resistance bands with the dynamic experience of punching bags. Experience a workout that elevates your strength and endurance to a new level, without having to take a hit.

THE WORKOUT

In the IMPACT HIIT Class, you dive into a unique training concept: two groups, two experiences. One group powers through on the floor, while the other unleashes punches on the punching bags. Alternate between strength training and boxing for a holistic and varied workout.

In Kids Martial Arts, children embark on a martial arts journey that goes beyond physical training. Our curriculum focuses on developing key life skills such as discipline, respect, and perseverance, in a supportive and engaging environment.

With over twelve years competing at the highest level, he now brings his experience as a coach—with clear values like perseverance, humility, and respect—to the Impact Fight Club. The Wrestling lessons are a little more advanced. It is still suitable for everyone who is sporty. The content can be learned by everyone.

Are the lessons hard?

The Wrestling lessons focus on teaching you modern martial arts. You will also be able to compete with others in sparring. However , there are rules, for example you can't hit your head hard. We attach great importance to not hurting each other. No worries.

Do I fit in?

We are proud that we have a great community of very different people who welcome everyone . You too fit in with us!

How do I log on?

Simply register for a trial training session using the button. You can come for free to get to know us and the training.

CAN I SHOWER AFTER TRAINING?

Yes, we have shower facilities at our studio, so you can head right to work or go about your day, feeling fresh and energized after the workout.

DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN EQUIPMENT?

If you already have boxing gloves, you’re welcome to use them. If not, that’s no problem, we will give them to you free of charge for the duration of your training.
