ICCS Krav Maga is one of the most modern and effective self-defense systems in the world. Our Krav Maga lessons are intensive fitness training to get you in shape. You will also learn how to assert yourself  and defend yourself in difficult and dangerous situations. Our system teaches you ways to defend yourself effectively for all possible situations and distances. The system is very easy to learn because we teach a lot about principles. You learn to function under stress, to improvise and not to give up. In addition to the mental strength gained through the exercises, every Krav Maga training is a  sweaty fitness workout that  burns a lot of calories. You can forget about everyday stress and train with our great members. Progress and positive change are  guaranteed!

Discover the IMPACT HIIT Class - a powerful combination of intense strength training and energetic boxing. We blend functional training with equipment such as kettlebells and resistance bands with the dynamic experience of punching bags. Experience a workout that elevates your strength and endurance to a new level, without having to take a hit.

THE WORKOUT

In the IMPACT HIIT Class, you dive into a unique training concept: two groups, two experiences. One group powers through on the floor, while the other unleashes punches on the punching bags. Alternate between strength training and boxing for a holistic and varied workout.

Welcome to Kids Martial Arts – where every move is a step towards personal growth for your child! Our classes are specially designed for children aged 6-10, offering a unique blend of fitness, fun, and life skills.

In Kids Martial Arts, children embark on a martial arts journey that goes beyond physical training. Our curriculum focuses on developing key life skills such as discipline, respect, and perseverance, in a supportive and engaging environment.

Our experienced instructors are passionate about helping each child reach their full potential in a safe, encouraging, and energetic environment. We balance traditional martial arts techniques with modern teaching methods, making our classes accessible and engaging for all participants.

Samuel S. Bauer is a visionary leader and Co-Managing Director of IMPACT Martial Arts. A passionate founder at heart, he has made it his life’s mission to build companies with a clear purpose and strong, high-performing teams. Shaped by a difficult youth marked by setbacks and violence, he found not only stability but his true calling in martial arts. What began as a survival strategy evolved into a school of life: discipline, perseverance, and an unshakable belief in growth continue to define his leadership style to this day. With IMPACT Martial Arts, he has created more than just a business – he has built a movement. A place where people grow physically and mentally, driven by respect, clarity, and team spirit. Studio Head Coach

Emrah Yaman, born in Zurich, is a black belt in BJJ and a seasoned MMA pro. He’s competed in Boxing, K1, and won the IBJJF European Championship in BJJ. With over 15 years of experience and global training in MMA, wrestling, boxing, and kickboxing.

Nathan Melliger

MMA & Muay Thai Coach

Captivated by the world of martial arts from a very young age, Nathan Melliger took his first steps in Taekwondo before unleashing his fighting passion in kickboxing, where he gained his initial competition experience. He later perfected his striking skills in Muay Thai, successfully competing in various cities throughout Switzerland and becoming the embodiment of concentrated power and tactical finesse. In the last two years, he has expanded his repertoire to include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and now proudly holds a blue belt—a testament to his ongoing development.
