IMPACT Martial Arts AG is opening a second studio – this time in the vibrant city of Winterthur! As a rapidly growing martial arts and fitness start-up with a successful location in Zurich, we want to continue our success story in Winterthur.

To build our Winterthur team, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Professional (80%) who not only excels in sales but also brings leadership skills and can manage and coordinate our trainers at the Winterthur location.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct active qualification calls with potential members and schedule trial training sessions
• Provide personal support to customers before, during, and after the trial training
• Lead sales conversations including contract closures (customer- and service-oriented)
• Manage, lead, and develop the trainer team at the Winterthur studio
• Ensure quality standards in class execution and customer service
• Communicate with prospects via email, WhatsApp, and phone
• Develop and implement local social media campaigns (Instagram/Facebook)
• Participate in and help shape events, promotions, and community activities
• Conduct follow-ups to support membership renewals
• Provide close reporting to management and coordinate with the Zurich location
• Take responsibility for the friendly and family-oriented studio atmosphere that defines IMPACT

Your Profile

• Sales professional with solid training and proven closing strength
• At least 1–2 years of experience in sales or personal customer consulting
• Strong leadership skills and initial experience managing small teams
• Passion for sports, fitness, or martial arts is an advantage but not required
• Excellent communication skills and high social intelligence
• Ability to motivate people, advise with empathy, and take responsibility
• Structured and independent working style with a hands-on mentality
• Languages: Swiss German/German fluent, English at an intermediate level
