IMPACT Martial Arts AG is a growing, innovative company located in the heart of Zurich. With our dynamic membership growth of around 40 new members per month and an ideal location, we help people every day to become fitter, healthier, and more confident.

Our program includes MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), Muay Thai, boxing, kickboxing, BJJ and wrestling, self-defense, and fitness kickboxing. We place special emphasis on a positive and personal atmosphere that motivates and inspires our members.

To further strengthen our team, we are now looking for a dedicated and experienced Martial Arts Trainer who can support our members on their journey, promote them individually, and teach in various martial arts disciplines – including self-defense, MMA, Muay Thai, kickboxing, wrestling, BJJ, and boxing.

Your Responsibilities

• Technical and tactical training in various martial arts, especially self-defense, MMA, Muay Thai, kickboxing, wrestling, BJJ, and boxing.
• Adapting training individually to the needs and goals of our members, from beginners to advanced athletes.
• Active support and motivation of members before, during, and after training sessions.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of special training programs and events.
• Promoting a family-oriented, respectful, and inclusive training environment that prioritizes members’ well-being.
• Reporting and close collaboration with the team to ensure the best possible training experience.

Your Profile

• Deep knowledge and practical experience in several of the listed martial arts (MMA, BJJ, kickboxing, Muay Thai, wrestling, boxing, self-defense, or similar).
• At least 1–3 years of experience in training and coaching martial arts athletes.
• Passion for helping people develop physically and mentally through martial arts.
• Ability to communicate technical knowledge effectively and clearly.
• High level of empathy to address the individual needs of our members.
• Strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and a strong service mindset.
• Language skills: German fluent preferred, English at least intermediate level.
